Who selects the students and assigns the scholarships for THRUST?

What are the selection criteria?

If a student is accepted by THRUST does this mean he/she will receive an Erasmus Mundus scholarship?

Will an applicant need to pay any fees related to the administration of their application?

When and how will the applicants know if they have been accepted to THRUST and if they have been granted a scholarship?
