AUTH Aristotle University of Thessaloniki

 

Aristotle University is located in Thessaloniki, at the heart of the northern Greek province of Macedonia, and is the largest University of Greece, consisting of 10 faculties with a total of 45 departments and having more than 90,000 students. In 1925, the constitutional assembly of Greece accepted the foundation act of the University in Thessaloniki, the vibrant city with a unique multicultural character close to the birthplace of Aristotle.

 

Ever since, Aristotle University is seeking excellence in teaching and research in many fields of science and technology. Strong links with the local society and large interactions with developments in the European and world stage through multiple student and scholar exchange programs and institutional collaborations allow Aristotle University graduates to follow successful careers in various international academic institutions and industries.

 

The members of the Aristotle University team have a strong involvement with the National, European and international Industry as well as strong collaboration with a large number of European Universities and companies.
